Jasaun L. Boone Jasaun "Jay" Boone has served in various capacities within political, federal government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. In 2002, Jay served as Deputy Political Director & Director of African American Community Outreach for late United States Senator Paul D. Wellstone's Re-Election Campaign. Shortly thereafter, he assumed the role of Legislative Assistant on the United States Senate's Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs. Jay covered housing policy initiatives for the Committee's Ranking Member, Paul S. Sarbanes (D-MD), where his target issues included predatory and sub-prime lending, government sponsored enterprise (GSE) regulation, housing vouchers, and senior housing. Additional Committee assignments included consumer banking and credit card industry issues relative to consumer protection laws. In 2004 Jay returned to his political campaign roots as a consultant for the Kerry-Edwards Campaign in Minnesota. And immediately following he served as a Regional Field Director for the 2005 Jon Corzine for Governor Campaign, in New Jersey. He most recently he assisted the New York Democratic State Senate Campaign, in conjuction with New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's campaign, in efforts to gain control of the New York State Senate. Jay is actively engaged in community advocacy initiatives and currently serves on the boards of both the W.E.B. DuBois Scholars Institute at Princeton University and the Karen E. Mumford Cancer Foundation (K.E.M.) in Cleveland, Ohio. Jay received his undergraduate degree (BA) in Religion and Philosophy from Morehouse College, in Atlanta, Georgia. Keith Furlong served as Vice President with the Catania Consulting Group, Inc (CCGI), a government relations and consultancy firm with extensive experience in gaming issues, prior to co-founding Gateway Strategies. He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Interactive Gaming Council (IGC), a trade association established to promote strict government regulation and fair and responsible trade guidelines in the interactive gaming industry.
